Sunshine Condominiums
In developing a living environment for a multi-story 34-unit complex, it can be difficult to design exterior spaces which provide for the needed "residential quality". This condominium project sacrifices the opportunity for greater density and provides for a common use and viewing area built atop a subterranean parking garage. A multi-level courtyard with raised planters, a focal water fountain feature and seating provides for a pedestrian space that is appreciated by the residents. Other areas in the project feature a common barbecue area, a shaded patio area, vegetable gardens, and perimeter walking paths.
