Estate Garden
This early 1900's house underwent a major remodeling of both the house and exterior gardens. Originally the estate for one of the major manufacturing families in San Francisco, this Tudor style house was "contemporized" to meet current family needs. Design principles, utilization axial sight lines, symmetry of forms and formality were maintained to a degree, however, the design of a usable property was the primary goal. The property features a swimming "lap pool" with spa, tennis court with viewing gazebo, a cabana with outdoor barbecue buffet counter, formal rose and flower gardens, an auto court, fountains and property entry gates.
Constructed in 1998 for $600,000.
