Sunshine Condominiums
In developing a living environment for a multi-story 34 unit complex it can be difficult to design exterior spaces which provide for the needed "residential quality". This condominium project sacrifices the opportunity for greater density and provides for a common use and viewing area built atop a subterranean parking garage. A multi-level courtyard with raised planters, a focal water fountain feature and seating provides for a pedestrian space that is appreciated by the residents. Other areas in the project feature a common barbecue area, a shaded patio area, vegetable gardens, and perimeter walking paths.
Constructed in 2000 for $530,000
